I'm trying to unlock some of my names at Enom so I can transfer them to another registrar. It says 'protected' on the WHOIS and I can't seem to find anything to turn that off.
Also, they're only too happy to plaster info about transferring in domains all round the site, but there ain't nothing about transferring out.

PS. They are charging me $30 a year for renewals on SnapNames grabbed names.
I don't know how big they are - whenever I email them I get an reply from the CEO.

1) Login
2) Click on the link where say "you have <number> domains with enom"
3) Click on the name you want unlock
4) Scroll down and under section "utilities" click on "Set Reg-lock/Auto-Renew Options"
5) Uncheck the lock box
6) Click on "save change"

that's all.

I am payng $8 year with Enom and I am very happy with their service, no other registrar I know offer such advanced features for so low price.

Good Luck,

$8 bucks a year for eNom, huh. the small guys pay $30. and both numbers are more than their reseller PowerPipe charges with no high volume commitments. let's hear it for the resellers!!
