Only works if you aren't signed it. If you are signed in...then it's attached to your account
are you kidding me? godaddy thinks that by spending more time on the website you'll spend more. and as emptying full cart takes so long they hope you'll decide to leave everything in cart and purchase the whole order. they're wrong.
