I agree... make sure you have a way for them to contact you...
having privacy on the whois is not good for that.

agreed. also in the 'Address 3' line add something like 'this domain may be for sale'
also, if you park your domains make sure to activate the for sale contact form

Well i would say this is the most difficult time to sell domains,it's lowball city out there at the moment.
