How do you forward to a url in Sedo?

you mean your nameservers are set to sedoparking.com? if so then no you can't redirect.
just change the nameservers to your default host at your registrar and then use the forwarding there , you can forward to your sedo paking page again after if you want to switch back, you don't have to use sedoparking nameservers, they have a forwarding function for parking at sedo as well.

If you mean redirecting domain to Sedo pages you use:
http://www.sedoparking.com/yourdomain.ext/
after adding a domain to Sedo database.
