How do you get a parked account?

I've tried several times and not recieved any emails from them at all...
 
Do you mean an account specifically with Parked.com or with a parking company in general?
 
I applied 6 or 7 times with them and rejected every time with them. I just gave up.

I could only assume that they have some extremely strict guidelines to accept people.
 
At Parked.com, we do have a set of strict rules when evaluating applications. However, the process is automated. Please do not re-apply, but rather send an email to our Support Staff (with your username or email used in the application) and ask for a manual review.

I have tried as well multiple times, sent a pm as you suggested, tried the ticket system... no replies...
