I have bought from a few people in the past that work to pick up expiring domain names that are expiring. I was wondering how this was done so that I could do it. Does anyone know how?

I am under the impression that as soon as the domain expires that google removes the domain pr but many of the people i have bought from were able to get the expiring domain and the pr kept.

Would love to know how and if it works.

thanks.

Well, i think if you re-reg the domain quick enough before the Google is able to update the PR of the domain, than i think you can keep the PR given that you maintain content, or backlinks, or traffic that the PR of that domain is based on.

well, I had 2 PR6's and I did not add content soon enough, and the PR dropped. So put content on ASAP, that is my advise
yep, thats what i usually try, atleast that was my experience with the domain i had, i re-regged it before a PR update, added content, and it kept its PR after a PR update from google.

want my 2 names? pm me... i think also it is easier to gain back PR if you rebuilt it, even if you lost it for a little while. So it is not too bad that my names lost the PR. But it may take some time. Also I can't post a link to the place I got these, since it was a forum, so you need to pm to get that link.
