How late is Afternic in paying?

A few weeks ago I sold a domain throught Afternic. The same day the buyer pays and the funds are secured by the company. I do my part on transfer, but I have not received any response from the buyer to complete the transfer. Moreover, I ask a few questions to Escrow Manager, no one responds.

What should I do?, Is this normal? :?:

Sorry for bringing up this old thread... but I'm having the same problem with steelrx. How long usually they process domain transfer? I can't call to the Escrow Manager because I can't speak in English well.
