Can Netsol hold a trademarked company domain name which was registrated in bad faith, just to keep others from registering it, although it has expired some years ago?
Is it possible for this company to go directly to Netsol and demand that the name should be transfered to them? Or must it go available first?
I mean there is no one who they can sue for having it because it has expired.
Logically it is either unregistered and available, or it is held by someone. If a name has expired but has not been released by the registrar, then I believe that the registrar is holding it.
