If I got a response to an email 3 days ago from a domain service and auction firm and that email states:

Your question has been received. You should expect a response from us within 24 hours.

how long did they actually mean? :violin:

I'd do a follow-up email. If they said 24 hours then it usually is 24 hours. Sometimes if you ask a question that may be answered in their Terms of Service or FAQ's, places may not respond to ensure they answer questions not answered on their website in a timely manor.

It depends on how many hours they work per day.
If they work normal 8 hours a day then 24 hours is three days.

maybe 24 business hours, which is approx- 3,5 days :undecided:

Maybe they work 4 minutes per day and 24 hours would be 1 year. Come on. 24 hours is 24 hours. Well in the USA anyways.

Maybe its in Sedo Time:

24 hours = 3 days to Never

Aw, you're ruining the fun. I'll take the year to be your final answer!:clock:

:painkiller: Oooooooooo...what is that smell? Is that rotting bear flesh? :deadhorse:

should be responded with in a 24hrs of cust. service working time, like if they work 8am-8pm or like 9a-5p then between a 24 hour period of that, unless they have 24hr/7day service
