I am in the middle of my first sale at sedo. I must say that I am very dissappointed. Agreement was reached between the buyer and myself on July 22nd.
I faxed contract on the 23rd of July.
Sedo received payment from the buyer on the 27th of July.
I have emailed a number of times. The first reponse was "we are waiting for information from the seller."
I immediately replied with "I am the seller... what info do you need?".
Sedo response... "I mean we are waiting for info from the buyer".
Now I just keep getting a "we are waiting for information from the buyer".
It is a simple enom transfer and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.. not 3 weeks (and counting)
