Sometimes a name just feels lucky or has the right vibe, without many researches, SEO analysis, or a business plan … and we click “register” before thinking twice.

So let’s talk about it, no judgment.
What’s the funniest or strangest domain you bought on gut instinct?
Have any of your “lucky feeling” names actually sold or been used for real projects?
Be honest: would you buy more “lucky vibes” domains this Black Friday?
Do you think intuition plays a role in domain investing, or is it pure nonsense?

I was at a restaurant about a year ago for breakfast. It sounded like the server asked me if I wanted "Avacado Syrup". I gave him a blank look and said "No". My friends and I discussed it, and he apparently asked if I wanted something else. I do not remember what it was, but I could not get "Avacado Syrup" out of my mind. That afternoon, AvacadoSyrup.com was registered. It is in the process of getting dropped (so if you see potential, go get it) :)

A second domain name was back in the early days of this forum, when B2B was big. One member had registered the domain name "B2BForYouAndMe.com". It had a GREAT sound to it and I loved it. Heck, you could even make a cool theme song with that name. I bought it from him. He probably could not believe he sold such a bad name with NO potential. I realized that even though the name sounded pretty cool, it had exactly ZERO chance of being developed. I let it expire.

I am sure I will remember more later, but those 2 are at the top of the list.
