Just curious, if you run a newspaper ad or other type of paper ads with your domain and it's at Parked, is this allowed?

As long as it's not misleading and they "type-in" your domain name of course it would be!

thanks for all the info guys, I appreciate it. Now that I know paid ads for ppc income don't work I guess I'll just keeping looking for a local SEO website builder expert.

Look guys. I know my thread has caused some confusion among some parked.com customers. Even though arbitrage might work for some people, it doesn't mean it suits you if you don't have that area of expertise. If you are lucky and do it right, you might be earning big bucks in the short term. If not, it will eat up a lot of initial capital. So that's always the risk there.

Let me quickly reiterate that, there are always pros and cons with the two approaches: arbitrage and natural traffic.

Arbitrage -
Pros:
Higher ROI in the short term if it's successful
You can sit and watch the revenue grow if you are lucky enough to identify a profitable campaign

Cons:
Time Consuming
Higher Risk
Very High Investment

SEO
Pros:
Lower Risk
More Stability

Cons:
Lower ROI
Requires consistent time and effort for SEO
You need a big portfolio to earn big dollars

I hope this information helps clear your mind.

i totally agree.....but arbitrage if done right can work...

Then again, anything if done right can work :)

Exactly. It all depends on how you do things.

so...i guess one lil secret is out of the bag...:)

secret? lol hardly...this is really old news ;)

as arbitrage does not work forever...here one day and gone the next..all it takes is for google to raise that keyword bid on you and poof! lol

You still have Ask, Yahoo and the highest conversion I've seen so far MSN Adcenter...Just to name a few...Then you have lesser quality that I do not suggest like searchfeed at a penney a click it's hard not to profit

maybe you should consider upgrading your DNF membership then .. ;)

How can I upgrade my membership?

Yeh, i'd like to see how much he was spending per day to make $2k a day...

Would you reveal that 'iloveparked'? Just for us.

Shouldn't have to spend more than $700 or so..Usually comes out to around 3x ROI unless your doing a little cheating like using a lot of promo codes or spamming search engines/sites....

The advertisers get ****ed though.

No they don't, it's paid on quality score, like time spent on the pages, products signed up for, inquirees and purchases made.

If I'm selling big toes and hire you to get me some customers, I don't really care how you get them to me as long as they convert.
