How much in AdSense does a Humor website make?

I am thinking of working on a humor website and was wondering if anyone else with a similar type of website can tell me what to expect with revenue from Google AdSense / Yahoo Publisher Ads.

How much on average would 1000 visitors to a humor site earn from AdSense, how many clicks, and what is the average revenue per click? I'd imagine fairly low? If you have a site like this, please let me know what to expect, thanks.

very little, even with huge traffic.

if you have the traffic the real money would be with something like Adbrite, check out how much break.com gets for a one week text link, it is nuts... but they get something like 4 million visits a week or something...

Since there are many of them you are looking at a few cents per click. As mentioned above check out Adbrite
