while reading and discussing (on a domains news blog) about the value of a domain on sale (DomainName.com) that has 2,000-3,000 visits per day, I became curious to know how much is possible to earn (max) from site visits, per day

I'm not an expert of domain parking and monetization (but I'm sure that you are) so, how many $$$ can be (really) earned with (e.g.) 2,000 visits per day?

.

There is no set answer to that question. It all depends on whether the traffic is converting and at what rate you're getting paid.

The answer can range vastly and without more info no one will have an answer for you.

but the expert readers of this forum could post some real examples they know or (best) taken from their personal experience

e.g. >>> site name >>> link >>> visits per day >>> $$$ earned daily

.

Two things you need to understand.

CTR and RPC

Here are two examples :

2000 visits - Assume 10% CTR and RPC of .01

200 clicks x .01 = $2/a day

Now..

2000 visits - Assume 40% CTR and RPC of $1.50

800 clicks x 1.50 = $1200/a day

No one can tell you that answer. You don't buy a name based on traffic without knowing the revenue. Unless you are paying very little.

thanks theinvestor

other examples (especially about real sites) are welcome from you and from other forum readers
