Just wondering... is it normal renewal rate or do you have to pay a RGP (restore) fee for .org's with this status?

Status: PENDING DELETE - RESTORABLE
Status: HOLD

The names only been expired for about a week.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes there is a fee to restore .orgs. The amount varies depending on the registrar.
