I just got billed $19.99 for a "home page featured listing" at GoDaddy for a domain name that I absolutely do not want to be featured. I tried to stop the recurring billing myself, but thanks to GoDaddy's extremely outrageously terrible user interface it seems impossible.

Can someone here please explain to me how I can cancel a featured listing? Of course GoDaddy hides this option so that they can suck as much money as possible out of people, but I seriously can't find out how to cancel this ¤("(/%/&"#.

Thanks.. :shy:

or call your rep ... and ask for a refund same time...

*with godaddy its like shopping and people keep throwing things in your shopping cart its very frustrating.. "pleaseeeee, just let me put what i want in my cart"...thank you lol  there is my rant lmao

For all this recurring billing, GoDaddy should throw in a 'happy ending' session with Danica Patrick.

Stian,

I see that someone already responded with how to turn off your auto renewals, but I'd also like to recommend that you contact support so they can check your eligibility for a refund. If the renewal was recent, they might be able to get that money returned to you.

We definitely don't want you to pay for products you don't want or don't use.
