How to add an img tag in my post?

How long do I have to be a member before I can post an img tag in my post? It won't let me do it.

It says this at the bottom of where I type a post

• [/URL] code is [B]Off[/B]
  [/LIST]
  
  How do I turn IMG code on?

It is turned off in most sections due to abuse. It is allowed in the traffic section for posting screenshots of domain traffic.

Is there a work around for it. I really want to post my logo at the top of my post where I'm listing my domain for sale.

It was disabled, why would we allow a "work around"?
