how to backorder a domain from DirectNIC - anyone know the program or process?

I found a domain that recently expired and is with DirectNIC, now the whois info and nameservers all reflect the "expired domains dept" from DirectNIC..I cannot find the previous owners whois info..I want to know if anyone knows how to backorder these domains with them or who gets their domains in the drops - any info would be greatly appreciated and if i get the domain I will pay you $100 via paypal...thanks

hmmm, not sure who does it, i have seen getsld.com catch a lot from them, directnic.com = NOLDC.com / keywordtraffic.info, could not find anymore info than that, might want to a pool / snap combo
