How To Build Out A Mortgage Site???

Ok, well I just got a domain into my portfolio 4 days ago...so far on Whypark it has 509 visitors but not a single click. Have no idea where the traffic is coming from but what I do want to do is cash in on it before it goes away (if it ever will)

So besides simple adsense any good (and easy to apply to) mortgage affiliate links to join? How else could you monetize the site except for affiliate links?
