Registered on godaddy but I don't want to individually change the nameserver, is there any portfolio manager which lets you change all of your registered domain's name servers in a few clicks?

All you have to do is login, goto the domain manager. Put a check mark in the box next to all of the domains that you want to change the nameserver for and then just click nameservers, set nameservers and put in the info. Once you are finished its a bulk nameserver change.

Yup, that's it.
