Hi Edwin,
Contact Sedo directly via email, outline the problem and don't forget to include the domain name in question and your Sedo username.

Dear Nora,
I had the opposite problem. Some idiot bid 60 euros on one of my better domains but the way your system works it is impossible to "cancel negotiations" at that point in your bidding process--even though it is clearly marked as a third option! And I was then forced to put in a counter-offer which locked me in for the next seven days!
