So you’re sitting there looking over your domain portfolio like you do each and every day. You gaze at their magnificence, breathing in the sweet aroma of the potential millions that they could be worth. It then hits you, “If I develop these domains then they could be worth even more!”
So what is it that you need to do? Where do you start? How do you unleash the untold wealth from within each of your little gems? Like anything really worthwhile it needs to start with a plan.
A basic business plan contains at least something about the following items:
Financial cashflow - Profitability, cash management, capital requirements
Marketing - Competitor analysis, pricing, products and services, how to attract customers, your unique competitive advantage, market size
Technical - How do you build a website?
In developing any new business your goal should be how you can you build a test as quickly as possible for as little money as possible? My business partner calls this, “Building the rusty mini-bike before the Harley Davidson.”
