For Sale How to figure out expiration date.

Saw a domain on domainpond's soon-to-expire list but checking out the whois, i get:

No mention of expiration date. Has it expired? How can i figure out the expiration date and when it may expire?

Interesting....

Ok, the domain is BuySoft.Com. Now there is already a namesnap on it and namewinner has a big of 223$ on it. Interestingly, it seems to be owned by Buy.Com (well based on the fact that one of the NS is BuyComp and that redirects to Buy.Com) and there is a TM on BuySoft.Com.

Somehow seems to get tricky there. Personally i'd probably try and use the name for a business idea i had. But feels like slipery grounds to me... :shy:

Havn't snapped or NW it yet. Was just considering it. I'm more wooried about TM issues considering BUYSOFT.COM has am active trademark.

Now if they are letting it drop cuz they don't plan to use it anymore, then the TM probably doesn't matter. But it's hard to know.
