I thought everyone here knew these ways

well i started watching the video..that guy copies the whole keyword list..i would recommend to go to the bottom of the ad words tool there are many options to download it..i always download as text that way only the keywords are downloaded.

Also if you have a certain keyword in mind i would say go to domainsbot.com and play around there for some nice combinations too.
