How to own a premium domain name? I'm sharing my story on how I acquired YA.NET QUE.COM and MAJ.COM. I recently sold YA.NET for $35K.

Domain name is like gold, you need to find it. Though I suggest check with your customers, and see if you can hand reg a domains related to their products and services.

They are many ways, this is one I can think right now.

Don't just hand reg a domain, make sure it has purpose.
 
Some few times they get dropped, but most users obtain a premium by paying amounts over $500 about.
