How many months of revenue is counted for selling /pricing a domain name and website? (rule of thumb is what I am looking for in pricing)

8-12 months works for hosters,what about domainers?

12-24 months . Usually most do 10-12 months for a quick sale :)

Depending on the site I would do 16-24 months. Sometimes even higher.
