How to push a domain at resellers.co.in?

How can someone push a domain from one account into another at resellers.co.in?
They're a DirectI reseller, so the interface should be familiar to some people here.
I bought a domain and the seller cannot figure out how to move it into my account.
Any info appreciated.

hi,

go to your domain Management Console ( by clicking on " Domain Name - Click To Manage >> " ) Then you will find a button called " Move Services" , click on that and on next page you need to provide the Customer Id of your destination account . And then please follow the on screen instruction to complete the process.
