When one gets to register an .eu for non descriptive brand names*, what would you recommend as the best approach to try to get a couple thousand for the domains? a couple thousand is right around the cost of going thru an ADR decision. One can assume that some complainants would rather just pay that then have to go thru the time/cost of the ADR process plus the lawyers they'd have to hire to file the ADR process for them (these are big businesses in a non english speaking country)

thanks for any input.

*which probably do not hold a trademark within a EU member state, but definitely have a TM in at least one other country

This is getting ridiculous. The words "Ban me Please" come to mind.

One can also assume that there are people looking to make an example out of folks that try this.
