Out all the news coverage and pissed off customers.... does nobody know the principal owner names? That is what should be reported, along with background bio info. This is not what seasoned pros do.

Katherine, I think in some cultures there is an inherent trust, e.g. you don't expect a company to neglect your paid for rights. In this case, unfortunately, the Registry terminated the company's domain. That was harsh and stupid without a backup plan.
