Hi,

I want to transfer a domain from Dotregistrar.com.

I unlock it and try to get the auth code, but no email containing auth code has been received it.

So I emailed their support, and they told me:

"I'm afraid you won't receive any confirmation messages as long as no transfer request is submitted by the other Registrar.

Please contact the other Registrar to have a transfer request submitted and you will receive the confirmation message you are missing."

I feel strange! I made the transfer request at ONLINENIC, but they asked me for auth code before start the transfer BEFORE sending the transfer-in request to the registry. I emailed dotregistrar.com again, they replied:

"You will only need to imput the auth code when approving the transfers.
You will need to imput the auth code beforehand only for .org transfers."

So at Onlinenic.com, I input something I like as "auth code", up to now, no email of the correct auth code from Dotregistrar has been received.

Anyone has the experience on it??? Thanks!
