Which steps (step-by-step) would you take to monetize the traffic?
What products would you offer (maybe e-books?)

Some help would be highly appreciated
Thanks and Kind Regards

First of all I would put it up for auction with a great wacking reserve and then start planning on what to do with the $millions!

I wouldn't bother monetizing it just sell it and buy lesser names and then monetize them, that is what I would do anyway.

You could also set up a site like creditcards.com with paid advertising for lenders.

Go to Overture Tools, key-in the generic word and find out what is the most searched phrase people are making...example...key-in "money" and you might get...

"making money"
"money changer"
"borrow money"

...and so forth. You will get a good idea what people want with the generic term. Then you can build a site to give what the majority want.

Hope this helps.

For a truly great generic name like that, that gets a lot of type-in traffic, I would not park it. I would build a website around it, and monetize the website with Adsense, YPN ads, text link ads, and affiliate links for all sorts of money-related services. Either that, or a blog about money, again with many forms of monetization built in.
