1. There is noTM issues in domain name at all.
2. I do believe your domain name is to long to apply for better price. So domain name development would be the best option.

How is there no TM issue with this domain? The domain includes the exact name of a well known Company & Service.
I could go register the name howtousemicrosoft.com and I bet you it would infringe.
The only way for this name to be worth anything is to develop it, seeing as how it has a TM hanging over it's head, maybe an informative site only. Making money from it, could only make it worse.
But hey, I've been out of this for a while, maybe I'm wrong
