Reg. HTML can build forms and forums. Was your intention on having a tool to build forms for beginners? What's stopping a beginner from dragging and dropping forms in to do exactly what they want them to do with website builders already? If it were HTML forum, you'd be sitting on a gold nugget. However, this one's fools gold IMO.
