what is the website about: The website provide free subdomain hosting with 100MB space & 3GB transfer, PHP, and MySQL, as well as file manager.
software: xpanel
revenue: since 1st July 2004 the site generated USD$220
cost: USD$50 (hosted at ServInt VPS) with CPanel.
asking price: USD$800 (price is negotiable but reasonable)
current members: 150 with around 4-8 new sign up daily
what's included in the sale: httpplanet.com domain name, xpanel license (USD$49), IPB skin on the support forum (USD$29), website design (paid USD$100 to design the website)
post sale: support would be provided via email and AIM anytime.
what can you do with the site: you can allow members to upgrade into paid hosting.

Note: sale will include transferring VPS into your name. At the moment we use ServInt (CPanel) at usd$50 monthly paid every 20th of the month.
