This is a pure geo-domain and according to city-data.com, the population is around 37,000. The city is also located very near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. A well-developed city.com can be a real money-maker with local and affiliate ads (Hotels.com, Apartments.com, etc.). Pure city.coms are getting more difficult to obtain. Here's your chance!
