its fine, it will be up to new owner to keep pages or not. from now on can we please keep this thread for people interested in the site.

so far i have received a huge number of messages regarding this, quite a few offers on the table but looking for more.

thanks,
jay

Clown, you know the ypn rules. And you know if someone takes your site and runs it the way it is they risk losing their account. And this site would never be accepted by google among others.

That said, you should make it clear in the main post to benefit the people who don't read the inbetween posts that they take on a risk. As well your revenue is based on content which really cant be used now so revenue needs to be detailed accordingly.

I try not to say things but hey, some guy has a mortgage to pay, and a kid to feed. Put the cards on the table.

I had google adsense on the site before ypn, never had a problem with either.
as I said in an earlier post which you must not of read that the new owner can use the adult pages or not, it is up to them, the rest of the site has no adult material. The bulk of revenue does not come from the adult pages, there is only 2 small ypn links on that page, bulk of clicks come from the homepage, so there is no real risk in losing revenue.
JackSplat, please read through all the posts before you decide you want to comment , I see that there are quite a few problems with ypn ads / adult section, and mods do not seem to care about regulating posts in threads so I am cancelling this sale , I will start it at another forum.

thank you for everyone that pm'd me, i have responded with stats.

I don't think what Jacksplat posted was wrong. You were obviously breaking Yahoo's TOS. Had he reported you, your account would probably have already been disabled. It's inappropriate to sell a site which (at least in part) makes revenue from methods which are so obviously against a company's TOS. Good luck with the sale, but please stay honest with all your potential buyers.

I erased my posts with"sale over" but in one of them it explained that it would be up to new owner to keep pages or not and that most of revenue was not from those pages. I was completely honest. What is funny is that there is always alot of people that like to make posts when they are not interested in the site for sale, rather just like to put in there 2 cents. I would understand if I was dishonest but I was not at all.

by the way- I have completely removed yahoo ads on those pages.
so there should be no problem with ypn at all.
