I added some stats to the sites. Many of these sites have no content. If content was added and the sites promoted these sites could do well.
all names are at enom. group is all template/turnkey based, some have modifications. can offer 30 days free hosting, but must move or make arrangements after that. Can offer installs on most servers if needed (but not all), but will charge unless you buy more than three. Please post any questions prior to posting sold. Please check whois for expiration dates, if you have questions on traffic please post the name. I don't get posts responses, so please PM. Name will be pushed after payment, and will send FTP data, not zips. Sites have not made sales, and have not been promoted. The sites with traffic that I noticed I mentioned above.
To clarify, these are turnkey sites. That means they are template based functioning sites. That means many have the same EXACT site, it also means the site has been tested and is working. These are functioning sites with a name that makes sense, and the name should at least be worth reg fee. Custom sites sell much higher, you can find them at auction at times, but a custom site that works and doesn't look awful normally brings $50 at least, and you couldn't get work done that cheap for the most part. All scripts are included in the site and are provided by my providers. You will be given the rights to use the scripts on that site, you are not granted resell rights to the script. Also please do not bother to offer less than 70%, and mostly the sites are priced, but would consider offers on groups in that range. Please don't bother to offer $10 on a site. Its a waste of both of our time. I can make very small changes(in some cases) of these sites for free, but mostly that costs. Sorry if this sounds brash should trying to clear up many questions i have received from this post.
will try to add more traffic stats tomorrow. the two listed are likely the best two on quick glance, please keep in mind many don't have content and haven't been promoted. Preview pages has some links so I assume thats where that traffic is from.
