I am putting my best money performing site up for sale. This site ia
full functional myspace help site. I have made it all from scratch
over the past few months. I believe that my site is one of the best
designed sites around and user friendly as well, not to mention the
SEO qualities I made into the script. The folders and file names all
relate to the myspace and what they are. I also made a special file to
make the pages have dynamic meta files per the folder.

The site itself has the following free items available to our visitors:

1. over 500 pre-made layouts - All custom made
2. over 500 contact tables
3. over 400 banners
4. Contains all the myspace tweaks available I know of
5. Contains a few tutorials
6. Has a few myspace icons
7. Html and myspace codes


The Logo and banner as well as the design are all custom made.

My stats show that over 50% people that go to the site, bookmark the
site! *Over 5.77% of my traffic is coming from links in myspace and
27.9% are direct type ins/bookmarks. *All my linkbacks from other
related sites account for around 20% of my users.

As for search engines, I was in google for the first week of the site
but that was the time around the google update so till the next one I
doubt the site will be anywhere in google till then due to the new
domain name and content. However my stats in Yahoo and MSN are picking
up.
