What do you guys think it'll get me if i want to sell?
I really want to develop this into something like a domain news bulletin site, where you get latest info on huge domains, being sold / auctioned all over the net.
Also more domain name related info and so on.
I don't plan on developing a community; it will be more a site for people’s reference.

So, what do you think it's worth undeveloped?

(Hard to put a price tag on the developed idea because you have yet to see it, but if u think you have a ~ then give that too)

Thanx a lot guys for both the input and advice.
I really want to get the best idea about this dn because ive had people say things like, and as GAMESFINEST said, xx to reg fee, and that's fine, and had peoples say mid-high xxx, either way, i would never sell it undeveloped, but was simply wondering if a domain like this could kick in a higher price is all, appraisals still very much wanted.
