I would not sell for less than low $$$,$$$
The hard part is to find the right end user. Sales like that don't take place everyday so you will need to be patient (assuming you are even looking to a sale of course).

I think a fair value is at 25-40K reseller, depending on how quick you wanna sell, I doubt there are pros here that would pay XXX.XXX right now its always easier to say its worth over 100K than putting the money up for it, thats really a enduser price..but if an enduser is interested it could go very high of course, but I personally dont like the letter "Y"
