for sure..

Instead of parking try to gain on the #1 position which is hard to achieve for lot of people.

Hello stock_post,

Did it happen to you? You have a website built getting natural SE traffic, ranked high on the first page, then once moved to a parked page, all SE traffic gone?

Thanks.

Tek, how "developed" is the site? Is it a one page or multiple pages, etc?

Honestly, it depends on the niche and keyword difficulty. I have had scenarios where a parking page was ranking which made me develop the page, which is basically reverse of what you are asking.

Have you tried it with Adsense or similar PPC program yet?

Agreed. From my experience, adsense/affiliate marketing typically pay 5-10 times what I get from parking.

the click rate is not good enough, its like 1 click out of 50 unique visitors. I was expecting 1 click per 5 unique visitors.

If you PM I can check your layout, however 1 click per 50 (2% CTR) is not so bad, although for a minisite it sounds a bit low. My best performing mini has 18% CTR (but it is very niche dependent also)
