Costa, even if all other angles fail (though I don't see that happening. They sent you a winning notice, right..), you could still sue Sedo for emotional distress. Sedo needs a lawsuit to give its lazy, unethical, unprofessional ass a wake up call.

Yeah sue them for nightmares, build a case... tell them you have nightmares of the winning invoice, you keep waking up with sweat and high heart rate due to thinking you won... and then reality kicks in and you start to cry... lol:ok::ok::ok:

I think you are right. If the auction has been closed with Invoices sent, it should not be reopened. I also think that if there is a tecnical glitch, the maximum time to recover is the time lost. Which means 5 minutes.

Come on, emotional distress is a very common (and fairly successful) basis for a lawsuit here in the States. And it must've caused the guy some emotional distress...
While I don't really agree with all these cases about "emotional distress", "compensation for eating too much fast food", etc., the law upholds them, and thats what matters

get a life dude, its individuals like you that use the system to get free money... the fact remains that music.mobi would never in a million years sell for 60k

this is a golden opportunity to take sedo.com down big ones and for all

I'm no lawyer, but shouldn't you kind of keeping all this information under wraps, rather than telling the world, because if sedo legally was right they could turn around and sue you for defamation?

I would get yourself a lawyer.

i wont be surprise half of .mobi was owned by sedo

.mobi ROCKS... but i must agree that sedo sucks.. i have never been a fan of sedo.. worst customer service, or you sell a domain and then 199 weeks later its unpaid.. or this or that .... etc... they just suk.. .

oh afternic suks too.. lol

the worst one of all is tdnam... even though i love godaddy's service and products.. their auction just doesnt due it....

and whats up with afternics bazaar... its DEAD

I'm sure this gentleman didn't wake up one day and decide to spend that kind of money without any forethought or business plan. What you said above is rude and uncalled for.

Absorb this and you might understand why I'm calling this guy a nut job.

All my mobis get some parked traffic, even total nonsense .mobis. I think Thats the part of this hugest scam in domain history - those .mobi guys are giving some autotrafific to every .mobi to keep people optimistic.

A few more 5-cent weeks, Greg, and you will be all set :D

No wonder you keep calling these .mobi guys geniuses. :)

I think I can double the revenue if I develop. :)

I can proudly say I am .mobi free and have not wasted one single penny on the .mobi scam since it first started! :ok:

Just say NO to .mobi ..new slogan

no mobis here but I would pay Greg 2 month revenue for his iphones.mobi as long as it is not with GoDaddy.

you know, its funny you say that because I've noticed unusually high bursts of rubbish traffic on my 3 :)

Yeah same here I registered 4 google.mobi typos, 2 by mistake (total rubbish) and ALL OF THEM gets consistent traffic 1-2 uniques/day

and it's fake ... come on, i have some that get a few hits every day, and some that are sitting at 0 hits for the month - so why the discrepency? surely an autobot wouldn't discriminate.

i was asking because of this statement..

i mean, if you think there is autotraffic ... wouldn't all regs get atleast some hits? or were you being totally sarcastic?
