I started it last month and last month i got 10,916 unique visitors and so far this month ive had 8,311 visitors, it comes with an admin panel and really you dont need to do any maintance to it cos it just runs itself! Stats can be proven by print screens of my stats program on my server for buyer. And basically this month so here is the full stats: (un uptin 21st may so the last 21 days)
Unique visitors - 8311
Number of visits - 18576
Different Page visits - 130500
Hits - 130500
Bandwidth used - 1.87 GB
As i said i can prove these stats for the buyer by taking print screens of tables and graphs. I get most of my traffic from links to vote at my site at game sites. So how much you reckon the site is worth? Also i do earn money from it from selling adspace (lots of people want to buy adspace) and also used to earn money from googlesense until i switch to just premium adspace.
Its programmed in PHP and MySQL and it uses crons so make sure you can support those otherwise i can also offer hosting and free setup.
