I don't get it, I place a $3000 bid and Im outbid by $2995!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I've ever sold or bought a domain through TDNAM. They have the worst user interface on the planet. I really, really hate it.. It's slow and a complete mess. I've tried to get used to it in order to bid or sell there many times, but I always get frustrated and move on to the next venue.
