I don't understand this TM here! Someone TMed Joke Wallpaper.com but the part that I don't understand is the disclaimer. "Disclaimer NO CLAIM IS MADE TO THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE "JOKEWALLPAPER.COM" APART FROM THE MARK AS SHOWN"

If they TMed Joke Wallpaper.com why are they letting anyone use "JOKEWALLPAPER.COM"?

They should have a copy of their mark included with their TM registration. What this is saying is that they TM'd the graphic depiction of this but not the words themselves. (Note I am not a lawyer.)

Cheers,
BidNo

I think BidNo is right. They probably could not get a trademark on the words (too generic?) so they trademarked the "mark as shown"

Do a search at http://tess2.uspto.gov/ and you should see the graphic "mark" that is trademarked. (I am not a lawyer.)
