I own a domain that gets 40-60 pure type ins but no click through at all, literally none. The domain is a current news item / real estate construction project in NYC. When people type in the domain, the choices (as selected by Sedo) have no relevance at all which explains the lack of click through.

I have 2 qns:

1. How do I get more relevant advertisements in the parked page?

2. what are my other options to generate income out of this steady traffic generator?

Thanks.

Just work with your rep to get more appropriate keywords. Sounds like it may be curiosity traffic though based on the subject. Not really anyone looking to buy anything, which will keep the clicks down.

"The domain is a current news item / real estate construction project in NYC."

I think you should develop it. None of the parking sites can provide relevant advertisements for you so soon. It seems to be an ongoing project. So, the best thing would be to develop it.

cheers

Park it with Namedrive.
You can optimize the keywords.
I was in a similar situation with one of my domains and now it makes $20 per month.
