I deal with many Registrars but am consolidating to one Registrar for efficiency. I am transfering domains from several of these Registrars and can't believe that I have to email them to get them to give me EPP/Authorization codes. One Registrar said they would give me the codes but I was asked why I wanted them.
One Registrar didn't seem to have a lock on their names. Many names at another Registrar were not locked after they were picked up through TBR auctions. It might seem trivial but many of the user interfaces that the Registrars use are terrible.
There are only a couple of good complete Registrars in Canada to my knowledge.
