I have an offer for usahomesrealty.com on Sedo.
I am not revealing the offer amount so you can be totally honest in your comments.

How much do you think it's worth? How far would you go?

Thanks in advance!

I guess it would depend on the client, the traffic,etc...

I think that the domain name has too many words and certainly too many syllables for it to be worth more than mid-high xxx.
If you get any xxxx, take it IMO.

on a sub-thought the key words are nice.

Without content, seo or existing links this would probably be considered as reg-fee, not intuitive to type, illogical order of words and too long.
If the offer is above $xx, take it, maybe you can gain some percentage with a counter-offer but I wouldn't go bold on this one.

definitely reg fee.

Most likely you got the miniumum offered, $100. I can't imagine someone paying more than $100 for that domain name.

Don't think it's worth any more than the $100 minimum either.

I'd say reg fee to a reseller.
$1000 to someone who has a business plan for it. Best wishes with your offer.

$20 - seriously. I would find it hard to part with more for such a complex domain name.

at first I was gonna say grab the $100 and run...but after looking around, I found there are about 5 or 6,maybe more, real estate companies in the US called "usa homes realty" so if you can find out your buyer/offerer, and it turns out to be one of these companies..counter $1k-$2k and no less.

Thanks for your input dvestor. I had done similar research but wanted to know what others knew or though as well.

My thanks to all who have contributed!

I don't think all of these people saying reg fee or $20 and saying they couldnt imagine anyone paying more know what they are talking about.

I just got $500 for one of my domain names I couldn't sell for $50 a couple months back. Domains have different values to everyone.
