I initiated three domain transfers and it says Awaiting Release by Current Registrar for over a week

Not sure who to complain to. ENOM is the register they are being transfer to, and they are being transferred out of centralnic, (which I despise). I've transferred hundreds of domains the same way to the same registers with no issue but now that I have three left and they seem to be locked for well over a week. The message is:
Transfer Pending - Awaiting Release by Current Registrar

I thought they had 5 days to release it?

Can I complaint to Icann or should I have ENOM do something? I like ENOM's system but their support is horrible for resellers.

That's true, the standard for ICANN policy is typically 5 days, unless there's some sort of lock or problem. If it has been more than a week and says:

"Transfer Pending - Awaiting Release by Current Registrar"

then it probably is held up on CentralNic's side.

I would recommend asking ENOM to manually check / escalate the transfer first, if there's no good reason for the hold up you can file an ICANN transfer complaint.
