I just got "Best Gards" from a online Bank of America associate...

Bank of America = fail, support is horrible and to top it off, I just got "Best Gards"ed by one of their reps who doesn't seem to understand anything I am asking him.

Every question I ask is answered with a question... :upset:

I have no problem with them being India, not at all. But when they can't understand what I am saying and ask me over and over what my concern is and I am sitting there waiting 15-25 minutes for a answer to a VERY simple question, it is a bit ridiculous. A lot throughout the day let up to my frusteration with them as I had been dealing with there customer service from opening to close, but was in and out of meetings so didn't have time to spend an hour or more on the phone.

but I am moving my money today to chase or maybe to my credit union... never had problems there with my personal accounts.. only just damn business account at BA
